Having been a member here at Flacks Fitness for a number of years, I quickly became passionate about my training as it became apparent to me that this is what I wanted to do.  I’ve been qualified in the industry for around 2 years after attaining my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.  More recently, I then studied to attain my Pre & Post-natal qualification to further my knowledge to help women stay fit and healthy throughout and after pregnancy.

I achieved my qualification in 2018 and I am currently training women of all stages of pregnancy.  Most of my training is based around core strength and Hypertrophy.  The reason being is that I want to help women in particular, to show them the benefits of what strength and weight training can do and the positive impact it can have on their bodies.
