JOSH PENNEY

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years.  In this time I have worked with clients with different goals from weight loss to building muscle.  I have gained most of my knowledge and discipline from my own training.  This involved high intense cardio and conditioning training in the military, and more recently my passion for weight training.
