With having my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Boxing Assistant Coach qualification for over 10 years now, I have tried lots of training/diet techniques and found what works and what doesn’t.  I want to share my knowledge from the years of experience I have gained and help others to achieve their goals.  I love to train and when I was 16 through discipline and consistency I watched my body and mind change for the better.
