Now I am newly qualified I can share advice and knowledge to members who are unsure what to do regarding nutrition and exercise.  My main passion is weight training and has been for a couple of years.  I would like to share with women in particular, the benefits of weight training has on the body.  As I am still new to the fitness industry I can’t wait to extend my knowledge and continue to develop further.
