I have been a member at Flacks Fitness for around 4 years now.  After quickly becoming passionate about my training and living a healthier lifestyle, it became apparent to me this is what I wanted to do.  As I’m quite new to the fitness industry after qualifying with my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer I have just begun studying to attain my Pre & Post Natal Exercise Qualification to continue developing my knowledge.  Most of my training is based around core strength and hypertrophy.  The reason being  is that I want to help others, women in particular to show them the benefits of what strength and weight training can do and the positive impact it can have on their bodies.
