NATIONAL LOCKDOWN – Nov 2020

It is with great sadness that we once again need to temporarily close on Wednesday 4th November at 10pm.

We are re-opening on
TUESDAY 8th SEPTEMBER at 6am!

Due to government guidelines issued last night, we are on temporary lockdown again. We do not have any information other than that on the gov.uk website, but will keep you posted as soon as we have any more information…sorry! (31/7/20)

GUIDELINES – ENTRY

You do not need to book to use the gym
You will need to pre-book a class (on the day by phone)
If you are able to, please avoid peak times
Please come gym ready (if possible) to avoid using changing rooms
Wait at the doorway to be invited in
(We can have limited numbers, so may be a queue at peak times)
Upon entry, ‘bong in’ then sanitise your hands
Remember to observe social distancing (2 meters where possible)
Follow the markers/one way system
Please do not exit via the fire exit as we need to monitor numbers

If you or anyone you live with has tested positive/showing symptons for
Covid-19 please stay at home

GUIDELINES – GYM

You don’t need to book to use the gym
Please ensure you maintain social distance
You don’t need to bring a towel to train with
You don’t need to wear a mask and/or gloves
Please come gym ready (if possible) to avoid using changing rooms
You need to wipe all equipment before & after use
If possible, please go home to shower and change
Remember to wash/sanitise your hands regularly

GUIDELINES – CHANGING ROOMS

Changing rooms are available (limited numbers at a time)
If possible, come ready to train (to avoid using changing rooms)
Showers are available to use (if possible, shower at home)
Saunas are not in use
Remember social distancing
Clean lockers after use

GUIDELINES – CLASSES

You will need to book on the day for classes (by phone)
Please don’t come early as there’s nowhere to loiter!
Come ready for your workout (if possible) to avoid getting changed
Clean any equipment used before and after use
Remember social distancing
Please don’t loiter after class

Monday to Friday 6am – 10pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am – 5pm
